Warm Spinach-Garlic Spread
- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking oil
- 2 to 3 teaspoons bottled roasted garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cut up
- 1 3-ounce package cream cheese, cut up
- Keebler Club Crackers
Instructions:
1. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well; press out excess liquid.
2. In medium saucepan combine the milk, oil, roasted garlic, salt, and hot pepper sauce. Add both packages cream cheese; cook and stir over low to medium-low heat until cheese has melted and mixture is heated through. Stir in spinach.
3. Serve warm or chilled with Club Crackers.
