Crab Dip
- 2 8-oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick (1/4 pound) margarine
- 2 6-oz. cans minced crab meat, drained
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions:
Mix well: cream cheese, margarine and garlic with electric mixer.
Fold in crab meat and place in shallow casserole (about 10" X 10"). Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers and watch it disappear.
This is also good for stuffed mushrooms. Fill mushroom caps with the crab mixture, place in shallow pan (a pie pan is good). Pour wine in bottom of pan and broil until mushrooms are cooked.
