Guacamole
- 3 or 4 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 large ripe tomato, diced
- 1 very small red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Bottled hot sauce, to taste (a few drops)
Instructions:
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a
steel blade and process for about 10 seconds. (Stop to
scrape the sides if you necessary). Alternatively, mash the
ingredients with a spoon in a mixing bowl, forming a chunky
paste. Transfer to a bowl and serve with veggies, burritos,
quesadillas or tortilla chips.
