Mexican Bean Dip
- 1 pkg Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
- 1 16 oz container of Sour cream
- 1 pkg shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese
- 1 small can of green chiles
- 1 can of refried beans
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 car of salsa
- Tortilla chips to dip
Instructions:
1. Heat up refried beans.
2. Add 1/2 of the pkg of taco seasoning to bean, and stir well.
3. Add other 1/2 of pkg of seasoning to sour cream stirring well.
4. Layer refried beans in bottom of a deep dish pie plate.
5. Top with some cheese (to your liking of course)
6. Layer sour cream, chiles, tomato and onions (any order you want)
7. Top with more cheese
