Spiced Nuts #3
- 3 Egg Whites
- 2 teaspoons Water
- 2 12oz cans Salted Peanuts
- 1 Cup Whole Blanched Almonds
- 1 Cup Walnut Halves
- 1 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Raisins
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300F.
In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and water until frothy.
Add nuts; stir to coat.
Combine sugar, spice and salt; add to the nut mixture and
stir gently to coat.
Fold in the raisins.
Spread into two greased 15"x10"x1" baking pans.
Bake uncovered at 300F for 20-25 min. or until lightly browned,
stirring every 10 min.
Cool. Store in an airtight container.
