Spiced Pecans #3
- 4 tablespoons Butter or butter-flavored cooking oil
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Ground ginger
- Few drops Tabasco sauce, or to taste
- 2 cups Pecan halves
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix butter or oil and seasonings in 2-quart glass casserole dish.
Add pecans and stir well to coat. Microwave on high for 6 to 8
minutes or until pecans are lightly browned, stirring after 4
minutes. Watch carefully so they don't burn. Drain on paper towels.
Store in tight container. Experiment by varying spices to your
liking (e.g., five-spice powder, garlic powder, etc.).
