Taco Salad
Instructions:
Put the following ingredients in layers in a 9 x 13 baking dish:
First Layer:
2 cans Jalapeno dip
Second Layer:
Mix together:
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing mixed
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Third Layer:
2 cans chopped green chilies
Fourth Layer:
4 mashed ripe avocadoes mixed with
2 tablespoons lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
Fifth Layer:
3 small tomatoes , diced
Sixth Layer:
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Seventh Layer:
1 - 3 cans chopped black olives, as many as desired
Eighth Layer:
1 -2 bunches of green onions or scallions, chopped
Keep refrigerated. Serve with taco chips for dipping.
