Tomatillos Guacamole
- 2+ Canned Whole Green Chills chopped, use more than 2 if you like or Jalapenos for hotter salsa
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 1 Tablespoon Onion, minced)
- 5 Tomatillos, cooked and pureed in blender/food processor
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- to taste Cilantro/Colander Leaves/Chinese Parsley, minced
Instructions:
Halve the avocados, remove the seed. Scoop out the pulp
and mash with a fork.
Add other ingredients. Mix well and season with salt
and pepper. If using Salsa Verde in this recipe make
sure to not add to much making the Guacamole to thin.
This recipe should be chunky not smooth like sour cream.
