Nachos
Instructions:
Probably my strongest opinion is that nachos should not be
smothered in tons of sour cream, guacamole, greasy meat,
peppers, beans, etc. Instead put all of the "dip" type stuff
on the side and just put shredded cheese over the chips and
heat them briefly in the oven (NOT a microwave!). That way you
won't have a soggy, unappetizing mess. Instead you can take a
scoop of sour cream, a tub of refried beans, a big pour of
salsa, some guacamole, a pile of seasoned chicken, some olives,
jalepeno's, grilled peppers & onions, and put what you want on
each CRISP, slightly cheesy corn chip. Oh yes, and don't use
those awful Dorito type things that hide the flavor of the corn
behind several pounds of artificial flavorings and industrial
waste.
