Artichoke Dip
    
Artichoke Dip
- 2 small cans of artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped 
- 1 cup mayonnaise 
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
- 12 oz. mozzarella, cubed (can use shredded) 
- Garlic powder to taste (about 1/4 teaspoon) 
Instructions:
Mix together in 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Serve with thinly sliced Italian or French bread, or crackers such as Triscuits.
