Beer Dip

• 2 8oz packages cream cheese
• 1 package dry hidden valley ranch dressing
• 3 bunches green onions, chopped fine
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup beer

Instructions:
Put cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped onion in a large bowl. Mix with mixer slowly adding the beer. When mixed add the sharp cheddar cheese and mix again. Some times you might need a little more beer to get it to dipping consistency. Then you can drink what ever beer is left. This is great served with pretzel rods.
