Jalapeno Poppers
    
Jalapeno Poppers
- 1/2 package cream cheese, softened 
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
- 1/2 cup shredded motzarella cheese 
- 2 Tablespoons bacon bits 
- 1/8 teaspoon salt 
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder 
- 1 lb. jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded 
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs 
Instructions:
Combine cheeses, bacon bits, and seasonings. 
Spoon into pepper halves. 
Roll in bread crumbs. 
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake uncovered 
at 300 degrees for 20 - 25 min. 
Serve with sour cream.
