Bailey's Irish Cream #2
- 1 cup whiskey (cheap is fine)
- 1 cup thick cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 Tablespoons instant coffee (I use the crystals)
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla
- 2 large eggs
Instructions:
In a large bowl, blend whiskey, syrup, coffee, vanilla and eggs. Add cream and condensed milk, blend thoroughly. Chill and refrigerate 24 hours to allow the flavors to "meld." Keep refrigerated and shake or stir before using.
