Ginger Frappe
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 whole cloves
- 4 oz crystallized ginger, chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 liter bottle vodka
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a clean jar with a lid, reserving the
bottle. Store tightly sealed in a cool, dark place for 3 months.
Strain to remove the solids and return the liquid to the bottle.
Allow to age for at least 1 month before serving. Serve chilled, over ice, or straight up.
Makes about 4 cups.
