Midori Cheesecake
Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Filling:
- 3 (8 oz. pkgs.) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Midori liqueur
Instructions:
Mix crust ingredients and press in springform pan. Mix filling
ingredients and pour into crust.
Bake 1 hour at 350F. Turn off oven, prop open door, let cheesecake
sit until completely cooled. Remove from oven, loosen cheesecake from
edge of pan and refrigerate until ready to serve.
