Christmas Dainties

• 1 egg white
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cups pecans or walnuts, chopped but still chunky

Instructions:
Beat egg white till stiff. Add brown sugar slowly, beating to dissolve, to make a glossy meringue. Fold in nuts. Drop by heaped teaspoon onto greased oven tray. Bake at 250F for 30 minutes. Cool on racks.
