Cinnamon Crisps
Cinnamon Crisps
- 1 cup shortening (part butter or margarine)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
Instructions:
Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Sift together flour,
cream of tartar, salt, and soda. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture
and chill about 1 hour or more. Make into balls and roll in
cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 350 degrees.
