Cocoon Cookies
    
Cocoon Cookies
- 1 box of Confectioners sugar
 - 1/2 lb. margarine
 - 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
 - 7-8 tablespoons of ice cold water
 - 1 cups peeled pecans
 
Instructions:
Mix melted margarine, flour, vanilla, and ice water until well
blended.  Wrap pecan halves with just enough dough to cover, roll in a
cocoon shape.  Place on ungreased cookie sheet.  Preheat oven at 350
degrees and bake for 35 minutes.  When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
