Scotcharoos
Combine in a pan:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Light Karo Syrup
Let boil approximately 1-2 minutes
Add:
- 1 cup Peanut Butter or 1/2 cup Peanut Butter &
- 1/2 cup Butterscotch Chips
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Spread into a buttered 9x11 pan.
Topping:
Melt a Hershey's candy bar or use chocolate frosting to coat.
Cut into squares and enjoy
