Instructions:
Mix spices well and coat chicken pieces evenly. Brown chicken in 2 Tablesp. oil. Remove pieces as they brown. When all the chicken is brown, add sausage and brown. Remove sausage. Add remaining 1 Tablespoon oil and flour to pan. Cook 2-3 minutes until flour is golden. Add onion, bell peppers, celery and garlic, cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in chicken stock and worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil, stirring. Add chicken and sausage to pan, cover and simmer over low heat 45 minutes. Stir in tomato and green onions. Serve over rice.
