Outback Steakhouse Croutons



Ingredients:
2 loaf bread
2 1/2 pounds butter
2 1/2 tablespoons McCormick Cajun Seasoning
3/4 cup finely chopped garlic


Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 250-275 degrees. Cut bread into bite-sized pieces. Melt butter just until it look like Mayo (not until it becomes a liquid). Add garlic and seasoning to butter, mix. Put bread on a cookie sheet and toast until it's golden brown. This takes about less than 20 minutes, watch carefully! When bread is toasted, let cool completely. Resoften butter to right consistency, if necessary, and add put in a large bowl. Add croutons and toss to coat using your hands. Make sure the garlic stays on the croutons. If you need to add more butter, don't add too much, or the croutons will get soggy. Put croutons back on cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 min. Gently shake the pan to make sure they are all browning correctly. Do not shake too much or the garlic will come off.
