Shrimp with Black Beans & Garlic
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp, split and cut into bite size pieces in the shell 
 - 1 tablespoon fermented black beans, chopped 
 - l large clove garlic, chopped 
 - 1 tablespoon chopped green onion 
 
Pre-mix: 
 - 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch 
 - 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce 
 - 2 tablespoons white wine 
 - 3/4 to 1 cup water 
 
Instructions:
Heat skillet to high with 4 tablespoons peanut oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt Saute shrimp until done. Add black beans, garlic and green onion, stir to blend. Add pre-mix, stir quickly to slightly thicken.
