Beer Can Chicken



Instructions:
Drink or pour out 1/2 of the beer or soda. Add the chopped garlic, onion and chili powder to the can. Rinse the chicken and place the chicken over the beer can (place the chicken butt side over the can using the base of the can and the legs to balance the chicken. Place on a wire rack in a baking pan--add the veggies (if using the grill, wrap the veggies in foil) bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours until golden and veggies are done.
