Chicken and Gravy
- 1 large size oven bag (14"x 20")
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 package chicken gravy mix
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 6 skinless chicken pieces
- salt and pepper
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Shake flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Add gravy, garlic powder, and water. Squeeze bag together to blend
ingredients. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place in bag.
Place carrots and celery in bag around chicken.
Close bag with tie, cut 6 slits on top.
Bake until chicken is tender, 45-50 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
