Bouquet Garni

• 1 tablespoon dried parsley
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 bay leaves
• 6 whole peppercorns

Instructions:
Tie all ingredients together in a piece of cheese cloth with instructions to add to stews or soups and remove before serving.
This makes one bundle.
