Poultry Seasoning
- 2 cups dried parsley
- 1 cup ground sage
- 1/2 cup crushed dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup dried crushed marjoram
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
Combine and store in airtight container.
Makes about 4 cups of seasoning
