Chicken and Dressing
Boil a regular cut up chicken until tender. Remove chicken from broth. Chop up some celery and onion. Saute in skillet with some butter. Bake 2 packages corn bread mix, cooked according to directions, in a large iron skillet. When done and cooled, break up and add 4 raw eggs. Mix celery mixture to bread mixture. Add all of the broth from the chicken and if needed, 1 can chicken broth. Stir well. (Should be soupy) Add sage to taste. Spray pan with pan and pour dressing into pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top..Also add chicken pieces on top if desired before baking.
