Chocolate Bon Bons
- 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 small can Angel Flake coconut or 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 1/2 pound semi sweet chocolate bits
- 1/4 pound paraffin
Instructions:
Mix powdered sugar and eagle brand milk. Melt margarine and mix with pecans and coconut. Combine the 2 mixtures. Chill over night. Make into small balls. Melt chocolate bits and paraffin in double boiler. Let cool slightly. Dip balls in paraffin chocolate mixture. Cool on waxed paper.
If chocolate does not "stick" to the pecan mixture then your chocolate is too warm.
