Enchilada Pie
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 6 corn tortillas, buttered
- 1 can ripe olives, chopped (black)
- 1 pound grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Brown ground beef and onion, add sauces. Alternate in layers of tortilla, meat sauce, olives and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
