Garlic Lime Chicken




Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together first 8 ingredients.
Dredge chicken breasts in seasoning mix on both sides

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saute chicken until golden brown, about 6 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle with garlic and lime juice and cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently to coat evenly with the sauce. Serve

NOTE:
Pound chicken to make flat before dredging in spice mixture.
