Guacamole
- 4 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 ripe medium Roma tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup minced sweet onion
- 2 serrano chilies, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- hot pepper sauce, to taste
- sea salt, to taste
- white pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Cut avocados into large chunks and mash coarsely in large bowl with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and blend gently - leaving some small chunks is fine. Taste and adjust seasonings with more pepper sauce, salt and pepper if desired.
Serve with chips
NOTE:
I cut recipe in half - used 1 fresh jalapeno instead of serrano's and added 1 heaping tablespoon of sour cream to recipe.
