Janith's Hot Dill Pickles

Instructions:
To make the pickles you use one gallon of dill pickle slices. Drain the juice off of pickles. Take pickles out of the jar. Mix sugar and Tabasco sauce together. Layer pickles and sugar/tabasco mixture back into the jar. You can also add some chopped garlic. Then for seven to ten days every day invert the jar and let it sit. Remove pickles from gallon jar and put in quart size jars.

NOTE: These are the VERY best pickles..heat can be determined by how much Tabasco you use...but do use at least 1 bottle of Tabasco.
