Salisbury Steak



Instructions:
Mix together and make 3 or 4 large "steaks". Brown in oil then pour gravy over and steam.
Gravy:
Fry one large onion, sliced and broken into rings in a little oil. When tender but not brown, add 2 cups water and 5 boullion cubes. Cook 5 minutes then add 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet. Sift flour over and stir to get desired thickness.
