Steak Mexicana
- 2 pounds tenderized round steak
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 2 cups water
Instructions:
Coat steak with flour, salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil until slightly browned. Add garlic, cumin, tomato sauce and water. Cover and simmer until tender.
