Fish DelMonico
- 2 lbs fish filets tilapia, orange roughy, grouper, etc
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon tabasco or to taste
- dash pepper
- fresh chopped parsley or cilantro
Instructions:
Cut filets into serving portions and place in a well greased 12X7 1/2 X2 inch baking dish. Combine butter, lemon juice, onion and seasonings and pour over fish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with parsley or cilantro before serving.
