Scalloped Corn
- 1 12-ounce can cream-style corn
- 1 10-ounce package frozen corn, thawed
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 3 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® Cereal, crushed to 1 1/2 cups
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- Vegetable cooking spray
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Combine cream-style corn, thawed corn, egg, milk, salt, mustard, paprika, green bell pepper, and 1/2 cup crushed cereal. Pour into 10 x 6 x 2-inch (1 1/2-quart) glass baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray. Combine remaining cereal with margarine. Sprinkle over top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
