Sour Cream Potato Patties
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tblsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups instant potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
Instructions:
Heat water and add butter and salt. Remove from heat and add potatoes, milk, and sour cream. Stir in egg. Drop by rounded
tablespoon into hot skillet using about 2 Tblsp butter. Fry until golden brown.
