Sour Cream Potato Patties

• 1 cup water
• 2 Tblsp butter
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups instant potatoes
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 egg

Instructions:
Heat water and add butter and salt. Remove from heat and add potatoes, milk, and sour cream. Stir in egg. Drop by rounded tablespoon into hot skillet using about 2 Tblsp butter. Fry until golden brown.
