Sweet Potato Casserole #6
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- dash of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Cook potatoes, then drain, mash and mix together with these
ingredients. Put in a large glass casserole dish.
Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 stick butter (4 Tablespoons)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Mix well and put on top of the potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. For an extra oomph, add a bit of whipped cream when serving.
