this time the rumours were true and Bardot are no longer, the
official statement was release late Tuesday and the girls will be
doing two final performances in Sydney - the first one is on the
26th of April at Fox Studios at 6pm (see you there ;)) and the
final performance with be at the 'A Happy Night for S.A.D
Kids" Charity Event on the 2nd of May. Belinda had this to
say, which is also on the official site :
- "Being
in Bardot has been the most amazing experience of my life so far,
and as it comes to an end, I am deeply sad that it is all over. To
all of you out there that have supported us along the way, you
have been 100% part of this experience, without you guys it
wouldn't have been possible and for that I thank you. Your support
has never gone unnoticed and we all cherish the times we have
experienced together. Hopefully we will always remember and
cherish Bardot, as fleeting as it was we made such an impact on
the Australian music industry & opened the door for more young
up and coming pop acts. We proved a dream can become reality, so
for all you budding performers don't ever give up on your dreams,
work hard and one day it will happen.

Bardot
Are On the cover of 'Cream' Magazine this month (make sure
Bardot is on the cover, there is one with Britney on the cover and
Bardot on the cover, trust me, I brought the one with Britney on the
cover and then when I read the first few pages I discovered that there
are two covers.) The photos are hilarious, especially the middle photo
(see below). The Magazine is $7.95 from all newsagents. 1/8th of
'Belinda Pix' is fully working and that would be the 'Exclusive
Pictures', the rest should be up by Wednesday.

Hi,
not much to write tonite apart from that Belinda and the Girls are
back from India. Their doing a gig tomorrow at Randwick Racecourse in
Sydney. I stumbled across some photos of the girls in India on a few
Indian/Malaysian News Sites, so as soon as I finish re-building the
'Belinda Pix' section they should be up under Overseas Visits. There
will also be *new* but old photos I found when I typed in 'bardot' at
yahoo so they will also be up. One More thing please vote for the
'Belinda Chapple Shrine' at the Sparkling Chameleon Awards, just click
on the light purple/white button next to this message (under the HMV button).
Thanks. I might shut up now and go finish that Pix Gallery, so maybe I

NEXT Bardot
(right) may have been overlooked as a musical act for the Logies
(hardly surprising considering Elton John, Shakira,
and Destiny's
Child will be playing), but
the girls were the performers of choice for one awards ceremony -
the Academy Awards.

No, not THE Academy Awards, but the International Indian Film
Academy Awards, which were held in Malaysia at the Weekend.

No doubt the girls - from left, Tiffany Wood, Sophie
Monk, Belinda Chapple and
Sally Polihronas
- are hoping 2002 might be their year to land a gig at next year's
US Academy Awards

Well I did
promise a new layout but not this layout. The other layouts were going
to take a while to do/change, so one late nite last week, i decided
to
make this one. I'm not sure whether I like it, somehow I don't like the
film/pictures in the background, looks kind of odd, but it's up and I
need you're feedback on it, so please tell me what you think by clicking
here. Ummm, the 'Navigation' is below this (the flickering
squares) but nothing except the 'Belinda/Bardot Bios' is working, so they
will be up soon. The
layouts I was going to put up are featured below this message, so you
