On the authors of L Company's Unit History

I did not write the unit history. While I was stationed in Ft. Polk, LA, (1971-1972) I managed to get a copy of the "unit history" from a fella I remember as "Blink". Since Xerox wasn't around yet, and I had CQs at my beck and call, I had them retype the history for me. I have again re-typed the Unit History from that copy, so I will admit that it might not be totally accurate in all details.

I encourage anyone with memories to include to send them to me and I will post them on the site.
