Officers have to undergo 16 weeks intensive training, including Internal Security Tactics, Crowd Management, Anti-Crime Tactics, Fitness and Weapon. Its aim is to provide the Police Force with a readily available reserve of well trained and fully equipped manpower for any routine or emergency duty.
