Playing with the Turtles
Our turtles like to get out of the tank and crawl around everyone once in a while. We have a large deck where we can plug the drain with a towel and the turtles are able to crawl around outside and bask in the sun light. Myrtle usually will crawl everywhere but Herbie likes to find a dark spot and hide.
The turtles also like to pose for different pictures. We tried to get them to pose with the Grinch for a Christmas card. Herbie was ok with the posing but Myrtle kept running away. Here is the end result:
