Richard was born February 10th 1961 at Inglewood General Hospital. In fact, he was the last baby born there as there were no more maternity cases after him. After his 4 year stint in the Marines, right after graduating from Mark Keppel HS in Alhambra Ca, he joined the Riverside County Sheriff's Dept. in 1984 where he has worked himself up to Sgt. in 1995. He, Brenda, "Bonnie the Dalmation" and "Blackie the cat" live in Southern California.
