"THE TWO ISRAELS"

Those who "dislike The Jews", for whatever reason(s), will strangely enough find themselves "in full agreement" with God's numerous condemnations of Israel, as follows…

Jer 5:23: BUT THIS PEOPLE HATH A REVOLTING AND A REBELLIOUS HEART…

Yes, The Bible is replete with God's plainly stated "abhorrence" of His chosen Nation of Israel; i.e., with their ongoing, unthankful and unGodly rebellious conduct.

The Apostle Paul also asks the redundant question in Rom 11:1, "I SAY THEN, HATH GOD CAST AWAY HIS PEOPLE? GOD FORBID…"

Why so said Paul? Rom 3:2: "…BECAUSE THAT UNTO THEM WERE COMMITTED THE ORACLES OF GOD". Yes, in (and through) "The Jews", the world received it's Holy Bible and it's common Saviour, Christ Jesus; i.e., as God's one and only way to freely receive---eternal life!

It is now that one needs to discern "the scriptural difference" between what the scriptures call "a (fleshly) Jew", and "a (spirtual) Jew"; i.e., as follows:

Rom 2:28, 29: "FOR HE IS NOT A JEW, WHICH IS ONE OUTWARDLY; NEITHER IS THAT CIRCUMCISION, WHICH IS OUTWARD IN THE FLESH: BUT HE IS A JEW, WHICH IS ONE INWARDLY; AND CIRCUMCISION IS THAT OF THE HEART, IN THE SPIRIT, AND NOT IN THE LETTER…".

Rom 9:6-8: "…FOR THEY ARE NOT ALL ISRAEL, WHICH ARE OF ISRAEL: NEITHER, BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SEED OF ABRAHAM, ARE THEY ALL CHILDREN: BUT, 'IN ISAAC SHALL THY SEED BE CALLED'. THAT IS, THEY WHICH ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE FLESH, THESE ARE NOT THE CHILDREN OF GOD…"

In the foregoing verses, Paul "differentiates" between the (natural) Israelitish descendants of Jacob (Israel), and the (spiritual) descendants of Jacob. Or, as John stated in Rev 2:9, "…I KNOW THE BLASPHEMY OF THEM WHICH SAY THEY ARE JEWS, AND ARE NOT, BUT ARE THE SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN."

And in Rev 3:9, "BEHOLD, I WILL MAKE THEM OF THE SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN, WHICH SAY THEY ARE JEWS, AND ARE NOT…TO COME AND WORSHIP BEFORE THY FEET, AND TO KNOW THAT I HAVE LOVED THEE".

As shown above, we may doctrinally conclude that not ALL Israelite are "Jews", as far as God is concerned; but that there is simply "a segment" of God's "spiritual Jews" within the "total" political NATION of Israel. God always "recognizes and loves"--the first group ("spiritual Jews"); and He does not recognize, but hates the latter; e.g., Rom 9:13: "…(SAVED) JACOB HAVE I LOVED, BUT (LOST) ESAU HAVE I HATED".

The world should note that the foregoing (saved) Jews are said to be "THE APPLE OF GOD'S EYE". And woe be to those who for any reason(s) would choose to either hate or harm them, according to Zech 2:8: "FOR THUS SAITH THE LORD OF HOSTS…FOR HE THAT TOUCHETH YOU TOUCHETH THE APPLE OF HIS EYE". The scriptures often refer to those "saved Jews", or "Spiritual Israel", as being A VERY SMALL REMNANT (within unsaved National Israel) ACCORDING TO THE ELECTION OF GRACE"; see Isa 1:9, with Rom 11:5. It is scripturally correct "to love the first", and to feel "a deserved contempt" for the unGodly attitude (and unGodly actions) of the latter! Christ Jesus Himself "openly denounced" (non-spiritual) Israelites in Matt Ch23, calling them "RELIGIOUS HYPOCRITES; "CHILDREN OF HELL"; "BLIND GUIDES OF TRUE ISRAEL"' "FOOLS"; "WHITED SEPULCHRES, FULL OF DEAD MEN'S BONES"; "SERPENTS"; and "A GENERATION OF VIPERS". These are hardly the words one would use to describe "THE APPLE OF GOD'S EYE".

In that respect, consider slain Rabin, Perez, Barak; who would trade portions of The Holy Land for Arabic "peace".


"IN CONCLUSION"

(1). An Israelite is one who is "a natural born member" of The Ethnic Nation of Israel.

(2). A Hebrew is simply an Israelite who has adopted and speaks The Ancient, Shemitic Language called Hebrew; e.g., Luke 23:38.

(3). "A Jew" is any Israelite, or any Gentile proselyte, who believes and accepts the unique "religion" of The Nation of Israel; i.e., Gen 48:8-10; Ps 108:8; Heb Ch 7; Acts 9:20-22. The Messiah-Saviour of mankind came through The Israelitish Tribe of Judah; was carried, expelled, and nurtured by an Israelitish virgin (Isa 7:1-14) called Mary; and was "born" in the Israelitish city of Jerusalem, Micah 5:2.
