"THE (Gr. Bema) JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST"

2 Cor 5:10 "FOR WE MUST ALL APPEAR BEFORE THE (Gr. BEMA) JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST; THAT EVERY ONE MAY RECEIVE THE THINGS DONE IN HIS BODY, ACCORDING TO THAT HE HATH DONE, WHETHER IT BE GOOD OR BAD.".

That the foregoing "appearance of all" before The (Gr. Bema) Judgment Seat of Christ, is to occur--this side of the grave., is plainly so stated by Christ Jesus in the following verse.

John 5:24 "VERILY, VERILY, I SAY UNTO YOU. HE THAT HEARETH MY WORD, AND BELIEVETH ON HIM THAT SENT ME. (HATH)--present tense--EVERLASTING LIFE. AND SHALL NOOT COME INTO CONDEMNATION (i.e. ever again). BUT IS PASSED FROM DEATH UNTO LIFE. So much for "the pre-death saved", ever "having to stand" in the end-time judgment of the wicked dead", of The Great White Throne Judgment of God, The Father, as set forth in Rev 20:11-15.

Yes. If the scriptures teach us anything. It is that every person's "eternal destination" is forever "eternally affixed"--(this side) of one's earthly demise. Note carefully, that "the judgment" of the resurrected, wicked dead of all eras, i.e. at The Great White Throne Judgment of God, The Father, will simply "reaffirm" their pre-death, irreversible, "eternally lost" condition, and simply (then) "pronounce the punishment due them"-- for their resurrected, "eternally lost", condition

Many have confused the foregoing (two entirely different judgments), i.e. The pre-death (Gr. Bema) Judgment Seat of God, The Son, Christ Jesus, of 2 Cor 5:10, "of the pre-death saved".. And The Final Great (post resurrection) White Throne Judgment Throne of God, The Father, of "of the resurrected lost" Rev 20:11-15. Both judgments, to be separated by The 1, 000 year Millennial Reign of Christ Jesus, Over Planet Earth, Rev 20:1-6, (and) The Final Battle of Gog and Magog, of Rev 20:7-15. If (in absentia), one has a pre-death "saving appearance" before The Gr. Bema, Judgment Seat of Christ. Then the foregoing verse of John 5:24 plainly states. That they will not "have to appear", i.e. "stand again"--at Final The Great White Throne Judgment of God, The Father, of Rev 20:11-15.

Those who have refused "to appear, in absentia"--while in this present life, i.e., "before" The Gr. Bema Judgment Seat of God, The Son, Christ Jesus, of 2 Cor 5:10, but who insist rather--Upon "appearing, and standing"--after their demise--"before" The Final Great White Judgment Throne of God, The Father, of Rev 20:11-15. WILL INDEED BE JUDGED, ACCORDING TO (THEIR) WORKS. THAT IS-- ACCORDING TO (WHICH GOD "PRODUCED" THOSE EARTHLY WORKS, IN THEM). Jehovah God, capital G, of Ex 3:17?. Or--Satan god, small g, 2 Cor 4:4? That this is so, see John 3:21.Phil 2:12, 13, Gal 2:20, as compared with John 8:44. Once again. If the scriptures teach us anything. it is that our eternal destination IS NOT CONTINGENT UPON an end time (weighing) of our "goodies", and our "baddies". And whichever one "outweighs the other", determines where we will spend eternity. In The New Heavens and New Earth, of Rev 21:1?. Or in The Lake of Fire, of Rev 20:11-15? Here it would only be fair to add. That if "the resurrected lost", who choose to be judged, by (their) "earthly good works", before The Great White Throne of God, The Father, of Rev 20:11-15---"are found to be perfect"--in the sight of God, The Father. They will certainly be entitled to "everlasting life" The scriptures of course are replete with numerous scriptural references to THAT DEGREE OF HUMANPERFECTION, as not being "difficult--but--"impossible", e.g. John 7:19, Rom 3:9-12, etc., etc.

One need only consider but a few of Paul's verses, to totally eliminate a so-called "final weigh in" of one's "earthly goodies" and one's "earthly baddies"--in 2 Cor 5:10, and Rev 20:12, as being meant to determine one's eternal destiny.. .

Titus 3:5 "(NOT BY WORKS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS WHICH WE HAVE DONE). BUT ACCORDING TO HIS MERCY (i.e., By His Grace, Through Our Faith Alone) HE SAVED US--"

Eph 2:8, 9, "FOR BY GRACE ARE WE SAVED, THROUGH FAITH. (AND THAT, NOT OF OURSELVES) i.e. "nothing we could do" IT IS (THE GIFT OF GOD). (NOT OF WORKS)--. LEST ANY MAN SHOULD BOAST". Or be able to claim on judgment day. That they had somehow (of themselves)=="earned", and thus "deserved it". . .

Gal 2:16 "KNOWING THAT A MAN IS NOT JUSTIFIED BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW,

BUT BY THE FAITH OF CHRIST JESUS. EVEN WE HAVE BELIEVED IN CHRIST JESUS

THAT WE MIGHT BE JUSTIFIED BY THE FAITH OF CHRIST, AND NOT BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW. FOR BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW SHALL NO FLESH BE JUSTIFIED"

Gal 2:21 "I DO NOT FRUSTRATE THE GRACE OF GOD. FOR IF RIGHTEOUSNESS COME BY THE (works of the) LAW. THEN CHRIST IS DEAD IN VAIN"

Gal 3:10 "FOR AS MANY AS AE UNDER THE WORKS OF THE LAW, ARE UNDER THE CURSE. FOR AS IT IS WRITTEN. CURSED IS EVERYONE THAT CONTINUETN NOT IN (ALL) THINGS WHICH AFRE WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF THE LAW, TO DO THEM.

BUT THAT (NO MAN) IS JUSTIFIED BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW, IN THE SIGHT OF GOD, IT IS EVIDENT. FOR THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH. AND THE LAW IS NOT OF FAITH--".

Rom 3:23 "FOR (ALL) HAVE SINNED, AND COME SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD.

The above list could go on and on. But let it suffice to say. That if one intends, "to depend upon their good works of the law"--done in their earthly body---i.e., at The Great White Throne "judgment of them", of Rev 20:12. They had better "check", to see if they have "kept" every one of God's works of the law--perfectly, i.e. in (all) of their thoughts, words, and deeds, and in (all) their acts of commission, or acts of omission--of them. Needless to say. All of the foregoing related verses on that subject, can only end in "their eternal damnation", and not in "their eternal salvation". .

Q. So then, what did Paul mean, in 2 Cor 5:10, when he --THAT EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE (for) THE THINGS DONE IN THEIR (earthly) BODY ACCORDING TO THAT HE HATH DONE. WHETHER IT BE GOOD--OR BAD"?

A. 1 Cor 3:11-15. FOR OTHER FOUNDATION CAN NO MAN LAY, THAN THAT IS LAID WHICH IS CHRIST JESUS. (NOW IF ANY MAN BUILD UPON THIS (Satanic) FOUNDATION). GOLD, SILVER, . PRECIOUS STONES, WOOD, HAY, STUBBLE. (EVERY MAN'S WORK SHALL BE MADE MANIFEST, FOR THE DAY SHALL DECLARE IT. BECAUSE IT SHALL BE REVEALED BY FIRE. AND THE FIRE SHALL TRY EVERY MAN;S WORK (OF WHAT SORT IT IS), i.e., as to whether "it's foundation" -and thus "the indwelling producer of it"--was Christ Jesus, or Satan. One can "build our life's works" on either The Foundation of The Indwelling Holy Spirit of Christ Jesus. Or on the foundation of the indwelling, UN-holy spirit, of Satan. Those who choose the former, will find that "the works, produced in them" (by) Christ Jesus, will survive The Trial and Godly Testing of "His Produced Works", Phil 2:13, 13, John 15:1-8, John 3:21, Gal 2:20.

Those who build upon the latter Satanic, "worldly foundations". Will see (their) "self righteous works of the law" go up in flame. (As) a (symbolic) Godly Crucible of Fire, that totally consumes all (temporal) precious metals, precious stones, wood, hay, and stubble. Note that in Eph 6:16, it refers to "THE (symbolic) "FIERY DARTS", OF THE WICKED ONE",

But one might also ask. Does it not say in James Ch 2, 'THAT FAITH (WITHOUT WORKS) IS DEAD"? Yes. and for the following reasons:

(1). The Book of James is strictly Jewish epistle, e.g. James 1:1. It was written during the (Jewish) Book of Acts, and directed (solely) to "The Jews"--still under--The Laws of Moses

(2). "The Jews:, always "demanded visual signs" from God, Ex 3:1-9., Matt 3:13-17, Acts 2:1-4, 1 Cor1:22. And "GOD'S WAYS, BEING EQUAL", Ezek 18:25, 29, 33:17, 20. . God always "demand visual signs"--from "The Jews". i.e. "The Jews", had to "visually show" their already inwrought saving faith, (by) their many outward visual "works of the law". James Ch 2, simply confirmed the foregoing (dispensational) fact.

(3). So. James, Ch 2 is simply setting forth--what "a Jew" had to "visually exhibit, and see"--from another "Jew", (claiming to be) "a saved Jew. , i.e. verse 18 "SHOW ME", AND I WILL SHOW THEE". verse 22 "SEEST THOU", and verse 24 "YE SEE". While in Rom Ch 4, and 1 Sam 16:7, Paul and Samuel are speaking of "what God (solely) "sees", i.e., 'FOR THE LORD SEETH NOT AS MAN SEETH. . FOR MAN LOOKETH ON THE OUTWARD APPEARANCE. BUT THE LORD LOOKETH ON THE HEART. See (the strictly Jewish) "sign requirements", of Matt 10:1-8. Mark 16:15-18. Acts 2:1-11. No Gentile, of any era, was ever placed by God "under" "the works", of the (strictly Jewish) LETTER of the Laws of Moses, e.g., Rom 2:14.

In 1 Tim 5:24, 25, Paul set forth "the (2) judgments" facing all mankind. i.e. The pre-death judgment called " THE APPEARING (in absentia) BEFORE THE HEAVENLY (Gr. Bema) JUDGMENT SEAT OF GOD, THE SON, CHRIST JESUS, of 2 Cor 5:10. And the post-death (resurrection) "judgment of the lost", at the end time, Great White Throne Judgment, before . The Heavenly Court of God, The Father, of Rev 20:11-15.as follows:

"SOME MEN'S SINS ARE OPEN BEFOREHAND, GOING BEFORE (i.e., before death) TO JUDGMENT).i.e., at The (Gr. Bema), Judgment Seat of Christ Jesus, of 2 Cor 5:10

AND SOME MEN, THEY (i.e., their continuing, "self righteous works of the law", sinful state) FOLLOW AFTER. (i.e., after their death)

LIKEWISE, THE GOOD WORKS OF SOME (i.e., as having been "solely produced" by The Indwelling Holy Spirit of Christ Jesus) ARE MADE MANIFEST, BEFOREHAND, i.e. (before their death, at Christ's judging of them). AND THEY (the lost) THAT ARE OTHERWISE (i.e., than the saved, mentioned above)--CANNOT BE HID", i.e., be hid, or forgiven, at their resurrection judgment of Rev 20:11-15.
