Q. Who are you?
A. My name is Oliver D. Bernuetz. I was born in 1963
in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I have been married since 1991 and have two children. Both my wife
and I are librarians, in fact we met at library school. I work for the Canadian government
at the Canada/Manitoba Business Service Centre.
Q. What's with the "D"?
A. Err...I started adding the "D" in high
school and I guess I'm too stubborn to stop it. I tell myself it's to differentiate myself
from any other Oliver Bernuetz's.
Q. How long have you been roleplaying?
A. Since 1981. I've been both playing and running
campaigns on and off since then. I've run most of Chaosium's systems as well as Powers and
Perils and Lords of Creation. I have a special interest in Glorantha and Call of Cthulhu
though.
Q. Any other hobbies?
A. Boardgames of course. I really
like the Carcassone games and the like. I prefer games that you can finish in an
hour or so. I've justed started playing Warhammer. I've got an Empire army of
sorts. I also like reading.
