SPRINGFIELD, Ohio -- Services for Larry Charles Kennell, 61, Springfield, Ohio, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Deer Creek Presbyterian Church, Deer Creek. He died Tuesday, April 16, 2002, in Mercy Medical Center. Born Aug. 3, 1940, in Logansport, he was the son of Chester and Mabel Bunger Kennell. He was married to Christina Forgey, who survives. Mr. Kennell retired from ABF in Springfield, Ohio. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking and greatly enjoyed his granddaughter. Also surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Julieanne and Todd Tullis, Greenwood, Ohio; one son, John Kennell, Denver, Colo.; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Marcelyn Hinkle, Auburn, and Jayne and Robert Mayhill, Lafayette; and one granddaughter, Taylor Nicole Tullis. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today in Littleton & Rue Funeral Home, Springfield, Ohio, and from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. Friday in the church. Burial will be in Deer Creek Cemetery, Deer Creek.
