![]() November 19, 1940 - November 21, 2003 Services for Donald F. Kesler Jr., 63, of 215 Western Ave., will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Marocco Funeral Chapel. He died at 9 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21, 2003, in Logansport Memorial Hospital. Born Nov. 19, 1940, in Mishawaka, he was the son of Donald F. Sr. and Claribel Klinsick Kesler. He was married on Aug. 28, 1991, in Logansport, to Karen S. Richter, who survives. Mr. Kesler was the co-owner of Logan's Port of Travel and the former owner of the B&K West Root Beer stand, both in Logansport. He was a 1959 graduate of Logansport High School and a member of the Logansport Moose Lodge. He enjoyed being around his grandchildren and had a special love for his dog "Murphy." Also surviving are his father; two daughters, Keila Howard and her husband, Kenny, Dundee, N.Y., and Kelly Widner and her husband, Tim, Monticello; two sons, Randy Kesler, Logansport, and Tim Kesler and his wife, Emma, Logansport; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Keith and Jayne Kesler, Peru, and Jeff and Becky Kesler, Logansport; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Phyllis and Charles Maw, Logansport, and Marsha and John Mays, Hot Springs, Ark.; and seven grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Tyler, Cody, Alexis, Griffin and Devin. His mother, Claribel Kesler, preceded in death on Feb. 21, 2001. The Rev. Scott Ellison will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
