You know what it means to me,
to have friends that care,
Friends like you are very rare.
You mean the world to me,
you are my family,
I just wish I knew, how to say thank you,
For everything that you do for me,
Without you I don't know where I would be,
I want to thank you all so much,
I love you all a whole bunch.

A simple hello is all you need to say,
To make a difference in someone's day,
So next time you are walking down the street,
Say hello to everyone you meet.
That will put a smile on their face,
And make this world a better place.
It will also make you feel better too,
Because they will smile right back at you.

When things get a little rough,
And making it through a day seems tough,
And all you want to do is cry,
And you don't even know why,
Just listen to what I am about to say,
You are loved in a special way,
Just keep you head held high,
And wave those tears good bye,
And put that smile back on your face,
It is such a beautiful thing to waste.

There is always a hug that needs to be given, no matter where you are,
A hug is something everyone needs, no matter how near or far.
A hug can brighten ones day in more than just one way,
It shows that one really does care,
For all the pain one may bare.
A hug can give encouragement to make it through the day,
A hug can say it all, when you can't find the right words to say.
There does not have to be any reason,
Nor does it have to be any certain season,
There is always a hug that needs to be shared,
So give a hug today, to show them that you care.

Everyone has feelings that change from day to day,
But when you keep them bottled up,
You just have to say HEY!!!
Ask someone to listen,
Or even write it down,
But don't keep them bottled up,
Or all you will do is frown.
