David. David David David. Oh dear.
As far as I am concerned, David Johnson has made three significant decisions in his life. In about 1994, he made the decision to leave Old Trafford and join Bury - I believe this was an excellent decision for all parties concerned. In 1997, he made the decision to leave Bury and join Ipswich Town. This proved to be a great decision for him, a great decision for Ipswich and as inevitable as it was, a reasonable decision from Bury's point of view. In 1999, whilst playing for Ipswich at Gigg Lane, he made the decision to take a dive in the penalty area which, considering it gave Ipswich the lead, helped us get relegated and slightly altered most Bury fans' perception of him, was a pretty bad decision. I hate cheaters, especially those who need not cheat, and I now hate David Johnson despite the fact that he was brilliant for us and scored lots of goals. Fickle football fan indeed. |
